Look - a marriage breaking up is never easy for EITHER person, but Jen could have been classy about it and wasn't. Don't we remember how classy Nicole Kidman was about her break with Tom Cruise? And that completely blindsided her.

When is Jennifer Aniston going to get over that whole Brangelina thing?

Because here's my personal opinion - from everything I read, etc. it seems like the big breakup between her and Brad really occurred because he wanted children, as she knew from the beginning of the marriage, and she decided she didn't want them so she could make movies. Now, I don't think it's a woman's "job" to have children, and if she wanted a career instead at the time then good for her for not having children and then neglecting them, but she wasn't fair to her husband if that's the case... however, when she denies that that's the case and instead does all these interviews to get sympathy, it's so annoying. She even stated wayyyyy long ago that post-Friends tv show she wanted to begin a family - and guess what? It didn't happen, so that she could make such hits as Derailed and Rumor Has It.

Now, maybe Brad and Angie did get physical before the marriage ended, but it seems like if anything they fell in love on the set of their movie, then once he separated they began to really get involved. I can see why he was drawn to her - she had a child and wanted the same thing he did: a family. So, if they did cheat while he was married, was it really worse than what Jennifer did? She broke his heart in a way, too.

So really, why can't Jennifer Aniston just move on? Maybe she has moved on with John Mayer, but does she stilllllll need to harp on about Brad Pitt? It's over, it happened, and he was very classy - more than her - during the whole bit. He never spoke an ill word about her and barely addressed it in public (and I know some people might say that's because he was in the wrong, but remember, it takes TWO for a marriage to fail).

Whew. That was my rant.

Yemeni child bride honored among Women of the Year

The most talked about honoree of the 2008 Glamour Women of the Year awards was a small child of 10. Nujood Ali, who flew all the way from her native Yemen for the ritzy Carnegie Hall gala, was married off by impoverished parents to a 30-year-old man who raped and abused her.

Her father, who drew an annual salary equivalent to $900, had 18 children and couldn't afford to clothe and feed Ali so he gave her up for marriage. Though her older husband promised to wait years before becoming intimate with his child bride, he beat her and raped her on their wedding night. Ali had enough.

Taking a solo trip to a Yemen courthouse, she sat until a judge took notice and heard her pleas for help. After the lawyer linked her up with a human rights lawyer named Shada Nasser, the brave girl became the country's first child bride to legally end her marriage with a divorce.

"I didn't like my husband so my stepmother told me if I wasn't happy, I should go to court," Ali told The Daily News through a translator. "But no one was willing to take me. So I went on my own."

Praise for the pint-sized hero was flowing from some of the biggest names at Monday night's ceremony.

During her own acceptance speech, Senator Hillary Clinton told the audience, "one of the greatest women I have ever seen is Nujood. She set an example with her courage I hope will continue to challenge all of us."

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice told The News, "I can't wait to meet [Ali]. What an incredible story. That's going to be a great inspiration to talk to her."

Glamour Editor in Chief Cindy Leive said, "how Nujood got the courage to do that at the age of nine, I'll never know. Sometimes you feel like some people are born to change the world and when I met her, I thought, 'You're one of them.'"

"It's my first time in New York City," Ali told The News. "I went to the Museum of Natural History, and to Central Park and I went on a cruise in the river. That was my favorite."
